We are delighted to announce our continuing partnership with one of the world’s biggest documentary festivals. WorldView is proud to continue its partnership with Sheffield Doc/Fest, which this year runs from 12–16 June.
The festival’s director Heather Croall said: “We have been delighted to work with WorldView – we have seen them grow to become one of the most important international funders on the global circuit. The work they do in supporting filmmakers, nurturing new talent and helping projects reach mass audiences is exceptional.”

Last year at the festival we packed out a session on ‘World Storytellers’, featuring a panel of filmmakers whose films we have funded. WorldView will be present at the 2013 festival, and will also be supporting its sister project Your WorldView in its Open Pitch on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th July. Filmmakers are invited to come and talk to the Your WorldView panel and pitch their idea for a short film on the theme of ‘Home’. To book a slot and find out more information, read more here.
